People have only just one spring in their lives, but so hastily try to kid themselves and rid themselves of their wonderful dreams.
To be jealous is to admit defeat.
There is no truth. We create the truth. An artist makes it and the more skillful he is, the more independent the truth. This is very difficult to comprehend, but it’s a fact. Total freedom. But the truth, whatever it may be, rules out any freedom.
To become righteous, one needs to go through the abyss of sin, to embrace it and feel all its vices.
We will have to pass through total materialisation. Time will come when all spiritual interests will fade, all mysticism will be abandoned except in some small areas. It will be an era of cars, electricity and one that will encompass everything; it will be an era of mercantile interests.
It is a shallow opinion that wars begin because of some external factor. In fact, any war begins at some otherworldly level. If we are at war, it means that something happened at that level, some great shifts occurred. It is then reflected in the physical world in the shape of various disasters, wars, earthquakes or the plague…
Sacred mysteries are memories. Each participant should recall what he or she has experienced since the creation of the world. All of us can remember that, we only need to evoke these memories. I’ve tried that.
Art is life, and it consists of contradictions and struggles, contrasts, victories and defeats. Without all this, life would be a drab existence, Tchaikovsky, whining…It should be a feast of life, a liftoff, finding the right place from which to take off.
